Service Overview
Full-Service Owner’s Representation
Your representative from planning to punch list.
This is the highest level of homeowner advocacy we offer. We step in as your active representative throughout the entire renovation — from the first design meeting through final punch list — constantly keeping your interests in mind, your decisions informed, and nothing critical unaddressed. Most of this service is available remotely to homeowners nationwide. When a project calls for an on-site visit, that can be arranged wherever you are — travel is a straightforward add-on, and a minor one next to the cost of the project itself.
What "Full Representation" Actually Means
An Independent Advocate Actively Managing Your Interests at Every Stage
On a major renovation, the number of decisions, documents, meetings, and approvals is significant. Your architect has their priorities. Your contractor has theirs. Your interior designer has theirs. None of them have a professional responsibility to put your budget, your timeline, or your interests ahead of their own. We do.
Full-Service Owner’s Representation places an experienced homeowner advocate in an active coordination role — attending key meetings, tracking open issues, reviewing every document before it reaches you for approval, and ensuring that you are always the most informed person in the room before a decision is made.
You remain the decision-maker. We handle the tracking, coordination, communication, and analysis that homeowners typically do not have the time, experience, or independent expertise to manage alone.
