What Full-Service Owner’s Representation Means

Full-Service Owner’s Representation is not just advisory — it is active, hands-on representation on your behalf. MEAA Group Consulting steps in as your homeowner representative: we attend meetings, coordinate directly with your architect, designer, and contractor, review every document and change order, and manage the day-to-day so you don't have to. You stay in control of the major decisions. We handle everything else.

This is distinct from our Owner-Side Project Oversight service, where you remain in charge of your own project and we serve as an expert advisor in the background. Full-Service Representation is for homeowners who want someone formally representing their interests — not just guiding them.
